The National Geographic Digital Display Metal Detector

This is the National Geographic metal detector that can discriminate between nine different types of metal objects buried underground. Its sophisticated circuitry allows it to differentiate between iron, aluminum, zinc, silver, and gold and communicate its findings using a digital display and seven unique audio tones. The 8 1/2″ diameter open coil locates objects as deep as 8″ below dirt, mud, wood, or rocks and even works within shallow water. It has an adjustable sensitivity level, pinpoint function that helps narrow an item’s location, and filters out junk metals to reduce false signals. Comes with a padded arm cuff and a pair of headphones. Requires two 9-volt batteries. Minimal assembly required. Adjusts from 39 1/2″-50″ L. (4 1/2 lbs.)
